Scope of Works

New build 4 storey building with a total floor area in excess of 14000 m², incorporation Laboratory and Office Area connected by full height atrium. The work involved the installation of 600 x 600 CEP ceiling tiles, over 2.4 km of Komfort Komfire 75, Polar and special curved pod walls, ironmongery, laminate doors and manifestation, dry linings and stud partitions, over a 52 week period on site peaking at over 50 operatives and staff with the building handed over on time.
